Automatic basic setup 🔗︎

During installation DOCHISTORY automatically performs an inital basic setup in both SaaS and OnPremise.

The user can directly adapt the basic setup in the DOCHISTORY setup section, if required.

Start date formula 🔗︎

This field requires a date formula which will be used by default as earliest date to be considered when filtering document lines on DOCHISTORY pages.

End date formula 🔗︎

This field requires a date which will be used by default as latest date to be considered when filtering document lines on DOCHISTORY pages.

Earliest start date formula 🔗︎

If you do not find required document lines using the start date formula on DOCHISTORY pages, the system will automatically skip back in annual steps until documents are found. Alternatively, you can enter a date formula in this field defining an earliest process start date from which the search process stops.

Access rights 🔗︎

All access rights required to use DOCHISTORY are included as a full set of licences.

The respective Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central users then only need to be assigned the authorization set ‘DOCHISTORY’.
